Shiraz Marani's humble beginnings in the Real Estate industry go back more than 40 years. In May of 1981, when Shiraz first received his license to practice Real Estate, interest rates were hovering around 17%! The Real Estate market was almost stagnant, but with sheer hard work and persistence, Shiraz was able attain the # 1 designation in that year at his office. Today, he is able to offer his clients a wide range of experiences that encompass both a strong knowledge-base of the Toronto resale market as well as pre-construction condominium developments. This broad scope allows him to offer perspective in a variety of areas important to prospective home sellers, buyers and investors.

We keep pace with the times. All Licensed REALTORS® must take continuing education courses to make sure their knowledge on subjects like legal issues and technology are up to date.

Your REALTOR® does everything by the book.

A licensed REALTOR® must be registered under provincial laws that govern exactly how real estate can and cannot be traded. These regulations are your legal guarantee of professional behavior.
