Shiraz Marani's humble beginnings in the Real Estate industry go back more than 40 years. In May of 1981, when Shiraz first received his license to practice Real Estate, interest rates were hovering around 17%! The Real Estate market was almost stagnant, but with sheer hard work and persistence, Shiraz was able attain the # 1 designation in that year at his office.
